If you reach out to Acronis customer service technical support, you might be able to pay the difference and get the 3 licenses if you did only purhcase a single upgrade license and would like to try and take advantage of the offer you received - really not sure if they'd do it or not, but certainly wouldn't hurt to try, especially since there's a 30 day money back guarantee on new purchases. It also seems like what you're seeing is an email offer for a discounted 3 license upgrade, but not related to your original upgrade purchase. Your online account and/or order confirmation email should clarify if it was 1, 3 or 5. It sounds like you purchased 1 upgrade license (really not sure though as that's specific to your account and not something you should post here in the forum as far as any documentation goes). There are options for 1, 3 or 5 license upgrades, but the price varies between them when you place the upgrade order.
